Error: You're Offline

Most of the time, your device should automatically prompt you to connect to WiFi. However, if you see the following screen upon setup, you will need to "force" the WiFi connection. Follow the instructions below to force the WiFi connection.

1. Ensure they keyboard remote receiver (USB found in the back compartment of the remote) is plugged into your device and that the remote is turned "on" with the switch on the back.

2. Reboot the device

3. As the device is loading, use the keyboard remote to press CTRL+ALT+S*

4. At the bottom right, click on the clock or settings icon

5. You should see a "Network" selection option, where you can select the wifi network and enter the credentials

6. Once you are connected to the wifi, reboot the device once more, and you should see content on your screen.

*Please Note: Step 3 needs to be done quickly with the CTRL ALT S command once it is loading.
