User Management

You will receive an email upon user creation to set your account password, and a welcome email with login instructions. Once you have a login and password, go to Manager Platform to enter your credentials.

If you need to add or remove users from your account, reach out to support@shiftplatform.tv with the names and email addresses of the users.

Account Owner - Holds full control over the organization and its settings

Brand Manager - Functions as an Account Owner with additional responsibility for reviewing and approving all content generted by Spotlight Designers

Spotlight Designer - Creates content that requires review and approval from a Brand Manager prior to publication.

Content Navigator Only - Access to the Content Navigator, with no access to the Shift Manager
