A QR Campaign is an interactive feature that uses scannable codes to send your team to specific links and track their engagement. It can be used for internal activities or to achieve any custom goal you need through your own web link.
Training → Direct your staff to specific educational resources and videos. This is a great way to ensure employees can easily access mandatory compliance training or optional learning modules.
Employee Bio → Enable your staff to scan a code with their phones to answer a series of questions about themselves + upload a photo. The bio is sent to your approval center, where you can review, approve, or decline it.
Employee Shoutout → Enable your staff to scan a code with their phones to answer a series of questions about a fellow employee that they want to recognize.
Poll Results → Gather feedback, spark friendly debate, and keep staff engaged with our live polling feature. Results are updated every 20 minutes and are saved in the Forms section of the platform.
Get Feedback → Collect valuable insights directly from your team.
Your Own Idea → Create a completely custom campaign to fit your unique needs. Use this option to link the QR code to any external URL.
Open the Manager Platform.
Go to the Campaigns section in the left menu.
Click the Create New Campaign button at the top right corner.
Select the goal of your campaign.
Name your campaign to help you identify it later.
Follow the next steps.
Create new assets for this campaign using the Design in Canva button or the Create New Content option.
A print asset is an SVG or PNG download of a QR code associated with this campaign destination. You can generate a new one using the Generate QR Printable button in the top-right corner.
If a campaign has an Expired or Archived status, you can’t create a new asset for it. For archived campaigns, unarchive the campaign first, then add new assets. Expired campaigns cannot have assets added at this time.
You can add a title and message to the welcome or thank-you screen that appears when users open the form. By default, this screen displays a Typeform message.
You can set start and end dates to control when the campaign is displayed. When the campaign ends, all created assets are automatically disabled, and the campaign status changes to Expired.
