What is the Countup App?

Visualize your progress in real-time. Our countup timer provides a dynamic, customizable tool to keep a clear, visual record of the exact time that has passed since your most important milestones and achievements.

How to use?

The countup has a few options that need to be customized to the app set up:

• name → used to find the experience later in the Promotion Manager

• date → date of the event start

• background color → defaults to the brand kit

• text color → defaults to the brand kit

• use logo → defaults to the brand kit

• duration → defaults to 15s

How to Get Started:

To begin creating your countup experience, you can:

• From Content Creator:

  1. Open the Manager Platform.

  2. Go to the Content Creator section in the left menu.

  3. Search for the app and select Countup App.

  4. Name your instance to help you identify it later.

  5. Choose your date settings.

  6. Customize your background and text colors.

  7. Choose whether or not to display your logo.

  8. Set how long you want it to display.

  9. Save this content.

  10. Configure any availability rules.

  11. Click Save and Close.
      
      

• From Promotion Manager:

  1. Open the Manager Platform.

  2. Go to the Promotion Manager section in the left-hand menu.

  3. Click the Browse Apps button.

  4. Search for the Countup App and select it.

  5. Name your instance to help you identify it later.

  6. Choose your date settings.

  7. Customize your background and text colors.

  8. Choose whether or not to display your logo.

  9. Set how long you want it to display.

  10. Save this content.

  11. Configure any availability rules.

  12. Click Save and Close.

FAQs

How can I theme the countup with my own colors?

The brand kit is applied by default when the app is created; if you want to change this design, you can select the logo and change the colors to customize the experience.

Why doesn't my preview update when I make changes?

All options must be filled out before selecting Play in the player. You need to close the preview before making any changes to display accordingly.
