If you connected your device and it results in a "No Content To Display" message or a white screen that says you are "Offline" please try the following steps:
Turn the Chromebox device off.
Make sure you have the small keyboard remote that came with the device turned on and ready to use. Ensure the USB receiver (found in the back compartment of the remote) is inserted into the Chromebox device, so the keypad can send commands to the chromebox.
Turn the Chromebox device back on.
Once the white/Chrome OS "App loading" message appears on your screen, press "CTRL ALT S" at the same time for about 3 seconds.
A white screen should appear, and in the lower right-hand corner you should see the date and time.
Use the trackpad on the remote to select the time.
A new screen with available networks should appear next, where you can select the network and enter the password.
Once you've successfully connected, turn the Chromebox off and back on to reboot and see your content play.
